Final Report

This final report describes the last year of the suborbital program. It also provide a list of papers and talks about the suborbital program. This program flew the solar EUV irradiance instruments on the METEOR satellite. It made measurements during solar minimum conditions, provided calibrations for the SOHO UV instruments, and provided a flight test of the TIMED prototype solar instrument.
