Current Experiments in MicrogravityThe Materials Science program within NASA's Microgravity Research Division will be outlined. Particular emphasis will be placed on those experiments slated for the International Space Station which pertain to high temperature materials. These include experiments designed to examine theories pertaining to solidification and pattern selection, coarsening and phase transformation.
