Fluid Flow VisualizationPhysical phenomena of fluid flows are often analyzed in computational fluid dynamics. With the progress in computer systems, complex 3D time-varying flow simulations are becoming feasible. There are many existing techniques for visualizing fluid flows; however, most of them do not consider the time-dependent nature of the flow. Hence, they may not provide adequate insights to the flow phenomena. New techniques for visualizing time-varying fluid flows are presented.
