X-38 De-orbit Propulsion Stage MLI Performance TestThis paper presents a performance test of the X-38 Deorbit Propulsion Stage (DPS) Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI) system. The purpose of this test is to determine if MLI performance meets or exceeds thermal analyses requirements and if there is performance degradation due to seams.
