Chemical Modification of Diamond Powder Using Photolysis of PerfluoroazooctanePhotolysis of perfluoroazooctane with diamond powders led to the chemical modification of the diamond surfaces under mild conditions to introduce perfluorooctyl ester and ether functional groups, confirming by means of FT-IR, XPS and 19F NMR measurements.
