Experimental Comparison of Diamond Coated Electrode with Related Materials in Atmospheric Bipolar Corona DischargeThe plasma CVD diamond coating on tungsten needles have been studied aiming an application in the static charge eliminator, using the bipolar corona discharge at the atmospheric pressure. The surface of the tungsten needle was coated by diamond coating and ion emission, the neutralization time as well as the long term stability of the ion emission have been examined.
