HEASARC Software ArchiveThis paper's content discuss two types of HEASARC-funded positions which have been supported at SAO. The first has dealt mainly with the functions of joint interest to the Chandra X-ray Center (CXC) and the HEASARC that are associated with the Chandra X-ray Observatory (the Chandra Data Archive and the Calibration Database). Under the second, HEASARC at SAO assumed primary responsibility for the maintenance of the widely used SAO Image DS9 astronomical image display tool.
