A 60 GHz Planar Frequency Multiplier Feed on a Silicon Dielectric-Filled ParabolaA novel all-planar quasi-optical schottky varactor diode frequency doubler has been fabricated and has produced more than 1 mW of output power at 600 GHz with an approximately 2 percent conversion efficiency.
