4-Dimensional Special Orthonormal Frames for Vacuum GravityBy adopting Nester's 4-dimensional special orthonormal frames, the tetrad equations for vacum gravity are put into explicitly causal and symmetric hyperbolic form, independent of any time slicing or other gauge or coordinate specialization.
