A membrane array using T/R membranesWe have developed the first membrane-compatible Trasmit/Receive (T/R) module (T/R membrane). Using thse modules we developed a membrane-basede active phased array in L-band. We use phase shifters within each T/R module for electronic beam stering. In this paper we will discuss the T/R membrane design and integration with the membrane.
