Image Processing and Attitude Estimation Performance of Star Camera with Extended Bodies in the Field of ViewTo determine the attitude and the position of a spacecraft its orientation and location relative to some celestial reference frame must be defined. Attitude estimation is demonstrated with a star camera with extended bodies, such as a bright moon, in the field of view.
