Hover Validation and Acoustic Baseline Blade SetThe Hover Validation and Acoustic Baseline (HVAB) blade set has been jointly developed by the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (CCDC AvMC) and the NASA Revolutionary Vertical Lift Technology (RVLT) Project. This Mach-scale, 66.50 in radius, blade set will ultimately be tested in both hover and forward-flight to provide key data for analysis validation. This paper provides comprehensive detail of the blade geometry, instrumentation, and structure for use in future analyses.
