The CloudSat mission: a virtual platformThis paper describes the mission design for CloudSat that enables and creates this virtual platform. It describes CloudSat's formations with CALIPSO separated by only 15-seconds and its formation with Aqua separated by no more than 90 seconds, and on average by about 61 seconds.
