Trans-Global Mission ArchitecturesMission operations utilizes both space and ground resources to achieve mission objectives. As scientists not located near the mission command center are likely to experience long delays in the delivery of the data from their instruments, the design, development, and operation of the spacecraft and of mission operations around a single operational concept which has been derived from the mission objectives will create a virtual presence for the investigator at the spacecraft and the instruments.
