Contribution to the Earth's Obliquity Rate, Precession, and Nutation

Contributions from the improved theory, masses, ecliptical motion, and measured values of the precession rate and obliquity are combined to give expressions (polynomials in time) for precession, obliquity, and Greenwich Mean Sidereal Time.
