ACTS Propagation CampaignBecause of a shortage of propagation data in satellite links, the existing Ka-band propagation models are inadequate for accurately predicting tropospheric-induced anomalies of the slant path. To remedy this shortcoming, NASA has implemented the Advanced Communications Technology Satellite (ACTS) Propagation Campaign.
