Pluto Mission Progress: Incorporating Advanced Technology

This paper briefly describes the mission design and spacecraft instrumentation and subsystems, and reports on the current progress to implement advanced technology in reducing spacecraft mass and power requirements. Cost, schedule and performance, in the priority, are the primary design drivers.
