AGU 2021 SmallSat Presentations This is a collection of SmallSat and Technology presentations at AGU. In recent years, small satellites have proven that high-quality science measurements can be achieved through ingenuity in miniaturized payload design and other technology enhancements. These successes are impacting how the science community develops the next generation of space missions, leveraging these advances to support long-term continuity measurements, constellations, and new mission architectures in response to the Decadal Surveys and other targeted opportunities. As a result, the success of past small satellite missions is now disrupting how future science objectives may be addressed. In this session, a panel of experts will describe how the lineage and products of their past missions are establishing a new pathway to mission capabilities spanning small-to-large and single-to-multiple-spacecraft satellite systems for high-priority science.
