Pre-trained Microscopy Models for Segmentation and Microstructure Quantification

We introduce pre-trained convolutional neural network (CNN) models for quantitative microscopy analysis. Pre-trained weights are available for download and can be used in place of ImageNet weights with just a couple lines of code.
