From Reactive to Resilient: NASA’s Supply Chain Visibility Initiative

This paper presents NASA's enterprise approach for Supply Chain Visibility (SCV), a collaborative initiative involving organization support across many NASA organizations, including the Office of Safety and Mission Assurance (OSMA), Program, Legal Counsel, Engineering, the Mission Directorates, and many others to work towards a unified SCRM strategy. It examines how SCV reporting enables earlier detection of risks contributing to measurable improvements in risk posture - a framework adaptable beyond NASA.
