The 2027 meteor shower activity forecast for low Earth orbitThe purpose of this document is to provide a forecast of major meteor shower activity in low Earth orbit. Typical activity levels are expected for nearly all showers in 2027, but the Perseids (PER) and Leonids (LEO) are expected to exhibit enhanced activity.
