Goddard Brouwer Orbit BulletinThe bulletin provides operational support for earth space research and technological missions by producing a tape containing pertinent spacecraft orbital information which is provided to a number of cities around the world in support of individual missions. A program description of the main and associated subroutines, and a complete description of the input, output and requirements of the bulletin program are presented.
