Hazard pay: An effective antagonistProcedures for allocating hazardous pay to employees are outlined. According to the guidelines, only top level management can authorize hazardous tasks and decide if said task is indeed hazardous. The guidelines also state that hazardous jobs may be performed only if it is essential to finish a project and cannot be adequately safequarded.
