Cosmic Rays over the Upper Mid-WestDifferential energy spectra of cosmic ray protons and helium nuclei in the 100 to 260 MeV/nucleon were measured on balloon flights in the upper midwestern (U.S.) area. Solar cycle variations of atmospheric secondary protons were also investigated.
