Collisionless plasma flow over a conducting sphere.Laboratory simulation study of spacecraft-space plasma interaction using a plasma wind tunnel. Some preliminary results on a collisionless plasma flow pattern over a conducting sphere are presented. A physical explanation is given for the observed plasma flow behavior.
