Preparation of pure microbiological samples for pyrolysis gas-liquid chromatography studiesBacterial samples were prepared for pyrolysis gas-liquid chromatography using cells grown on membrane filters. Pyrochromatograms were reproducible when cells harvested from the filters were pyrolyzed without being washed.
