Digital phase shifter synchronizes local oscillatorsDigital phase-shifting network is used as synchronous frequency multiplier for applications such as phase-locking two signals that may differ in frequency. Circuit has various phase-shift capability. Possible applications include data-communication systems and hybrid digital/analog phase-locked loops.
