Cutting holes in fabric-faced panelsTool has 2 carbide inserts that bore clean holes through fibrous material with knifelike slicing action. Cutting edge of insert is curved, with plane inner surface at 30 degree angle to tool axis. Drill press or hand-held drill can be used to hold cutting tool.
