Applications of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to quality control of the epoxy matrixThe object of the paper is to demonstrate the utility of Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) difference spectra for investigating the composition of a neat epoxy resin, hardener, and catalysts. The composition and degree of cross-linking of the cured matrix is also considered.
