Two-Degree-of-Freedom Mount System for Flutter ModelsFlexible rods replace conventional bearing supports to minimize structural damping. Aerodynamic damping not masked by effects of mount system, making more accurate studies possible of how aerodynamic damping varies as flow over model changed. New system called PAPA.
