Comparison of petrology, grain sizes and surface maturity parameters for Apollo 15 regolith breccias and soilsA total of 28 Apollo 15 regolith breccias were analyzed for their petrographic and textural properties and for the surface exposure indices solar noble gases and I (sub s)/Fe 0. Similarities and differences in compositional components and irradiation history were examined between regolith breccias and local, present day soils.
