Calculations of Wall Effects on Propeller NoiseReverberations affect sound levels in wind tunnels. Report describes calculations of acoustic field of propeller in wind tunnel having walls of various degrees of softness. Understanding provided by this and related studies necessary for correct interpretation of wind-tunnel measurements of noise generated by high speed, highly loaded, multiple-blade turbopropellers.
