Polynomial expansion of the planetary secular terms Relativistic and lunar perturbationsRelativistic and lunar perturbations must be included in a realistic theory of the secular evolution of planetary elements. The proposed general theory includes the first order of these perturbations. Comparison with more elaborated studies shows that it is sufficient with respect to the accuracy of the present theory.
