Preliminary market analysis for large zeolite crystalsZeolite crystals are used in the manufacture of countless products today, which utilize their properties of absorption, ion exchange, and catalysis. It was determined that zeolites grown in space could be much larger in size than any of those currently available on Earth. The objective was to identify and examine some of the potential uses for these larger crystals. Of the several industries examined, the medical and nuclear industries offer the greatest potential.
