Standard surface-reflectance model and illuminant estimationA vector analysis technique was adopted to test the standard reflectance model. A computational model was developed to determine the components of the observed spectra and an estimate of the illuminant was obtained without using a reference white standard. The accuracy of the standard model is evaluated.
