Matrix.Vector Multiplication In Thin Photorefractive CrystalThin GaAs device integrated with other electronic and optoelectronic devices. Experiments show matrix.vector multiplication performed optically by four-wave mixing in thin crystal of GaAs. Concept applicable to thin crystals of other photorefractive materials having suitable electro-optical properties and same crystalline symmetry as that of GaAs.
