Airframe design considerations: OverviewAspects of airframe structural dynamics that have a strong influence on rotor design optimization are presented . Primary emphasis is on vibration requirements. The constraints imposed on rotor design by airframe dynamics are discussed. Rotor/airframe modeling enhancements are also described.
