Transonic analysis of complex configurations using TRANAIR programThe application of a three-dimensional transonic flow analysis method, TRANAIR, is explored from the point of view of a user. Detailed features of the program are outlined to give a better understanding of capability. Numerous results are presented to show some of the complex configurations which have been analyzed. In particular, examples are provided which show the application to turbofan engine installation on transport aircraft.
