Bandpass Delta Sigma A/D convertor using two-path multibit structureThe concept of an N-path bandpass Delta Sigma A/D convertor is introduced. A multibit sixth-order SC implementation is described. The new scheme appears to be very effective for the realization of the narrowband bandpass delta-sigma modulators needed for communication applications.
