Microgravity flight research in a dynamic and changing environmentNASA's Microgravity Science and Applications Division conducts both basic and applied low-g research encompassing biotechnology, fluid physics, combustion, and materials science, in industry, university, and government research settings. The present evaluation of such a diverse research program's management gives attention to the fiscal constraints, polical factors, technological changes, international cooperation requirements, and educational responsibilities that must be addressed.
