Polarization Rotator For LCTV Spatial Light ModulatorPolarization varies electronically to select complex-amplitude operating curve. Curve best suited to specific optical-correlator task selected rapidly and repeatedly by use of simple electronic command. Operating curves adjusted only with difficulty, by mechanical rotation of polarizer. Contains electronically-variable polarization-rotating device in place of fixed polarizer, and possibly additional device in place of fixed analyzer.
