The X-ray background contributed by QSOs ejected from galaxiesThe X-ray background can be explained as coming from the integrated effect of X-ray emitting quasi-stellar objects (QSOs) ejected from spiral galaxies. The model developed to interpret the observations is summarized. The redshift of the QSOs consisted of an intrinsic component and of a cosmological component. The QSOs have a spatial density proportional to that of normal galaxies.
