Transformational Concepts and Technologies For the Exploration and Development of SpaceThe performance and cost of available systems and technologies limit the programmatic prospects for the U.S. and the international community to achieve ambitious goals and objectives in future human and robotic exploration and development of space. Innovative applications of emerging technologies and new systems concepts are vital to enabling future space systems and architectures. This paper will discuss new technologies and their application to transformational systems concepts in space utilities and power, space infrastructure, transportation and exploration.
