GRACE Collaboration in the Swift EraI will describe the structure and major discoveries of the Gamma-Ray Afterglow Collaboration at ESO, formed by several European Countries to perform GRB follow up observations using the European Southern Observatory (ESO) ground-based facilities in Chile. I represent the USA-UK node of GRACE. I will also describe a newly funded effort through the Swift GO program aiming at forming a Joint Afterglow NETwork (JANET) using members of the American Association of Variable Star Observers (AAVSO).
