Phase 2 of Comparative NIR Detector Characterization for NGST

In accordance with NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook, 1260.75 (c) (3), enclosed please find a citation of publications resulting from research for the above referenced grant entitled, "Phase II of Comparative NIR Detector Characterization for NGST." The originally proposed measurements could not be completed.
