Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Studies of Hydrogen Diffusion in LaNi(sub 5.0) H(sub 6.0) and LaNi(sub 4.8)Sn(sub 0.2)H(sub 5.8)The D Values and the relaxation data are shown to be consistent and are interpreted in terms of a diffusion mechanism involving at least two stages of hydrogen motion.
