Broad Band Properties of the BAT Selected AGNWe will present the x-ray spectral properties of approximately 150 Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) selected active galactic nuclei (AGN) focusing on the issues of spectral complexity, x-ray absorption and its distribution and that contribution of sources to the x-ray background. If time permits we will also present the nature of the host galaxies of the AGN and their relationship to merger candidates.
