Long-Term Monitoring of PSR B0540-69 with RXTERXTE has monitored PSR B0540-69, the young, Crab-like pulsar in the LMC, since early January 1999 and maintained a phase-connected timing solution. We report on a search for glitches in phase or frequency, changes in the braking index, and a determination of the pulsar position.
