A Tandem Coupler for Terahertz Integrated CircuitsA coplanar waveguide 3 dB quadrature coupler operating from 500 to 700 GHz is designed, fabricated and measured. On-wafer measurements demonstrate an amplitude balance of +/-2 dB and phase balance of +/-20 deg.
