Subsonic Jet Noise Simulation with JENREJENRE, a large eddy simulation code, is used to simulate an unheated, subsonic jet. Results are compared to experiment, with an emphasis on validating the acoustic power spectral density at the farfield. Problems encountered during the development of the simulations are discussed, with solutions to said problems.
